Catherine is a Personal Trainer, Rowing Coach, Running Coach, and registered Coxswain, as well as a medal-winning triathlete and rower. Her passion for fitness extends beyond personal achievements to helping others improve their performance, achieve their goals, and overcome physical challenges.

As a performance-focused coach, Catherine specialises in creating training programs that help athletes enhance strength, endurance, and technique. Drawing on her own competitive experience and expertise, she provides guidance tailored to each athlete’s needs to support their progress and results.

In addition to working with athletes, Catherine focuses on well-being and recovery. She has experience in cancer recovery, using exercise to build confidence and support physical wellbeing, and she contributed to piloting the Can Walk Can Run program. She also works with prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal clients, offering tailored programs to address the specific needs of these stages.

Through her initiative, Fit Nation Movement, Catherine offers training programs in indoor rowing, running, strength, and flexibility.
